Welcome to the SharePlay League Apex Legends Tournament!

This is a closed tournament, and tournament lobby codes are not public. Please do not share them with anyone. Lobby codes will be given to the team captains ONLY! You must be in the SharePlay Discord Server to get codes. Each team captain should have access to their respective group code channels. If you do not have access to the channel, reach out to a tournament moderator.

Check In will take place on the SharePlay website the morning of the tournament. You must check in to participate!

Check In opens at 9 am EST and closes at 12 pm EST. If more than 60 players check in, players who checked in earlier will have priority. Last minute check ins will have a fill spot in case of DC's

Note: If you are unfamiliar with Match Point Format, see the rules section.

FORMAT CHANGE:
-This is now a single-day tournament! Registration is now solo.
-The tournament will only be on Saturday the 21st.
-You will be randomly assigned teams for the tournament.
-It will be Match Point format.
-Teams will have 1 warm-up round.

Server will be Iowa to ensure fair and stable connections across the US

Be sure your contact information is up to date on the SharePlay website and you have proper roles in the SharePlay Discord server  to get lobby codes.

Teams: Trios (Random Teams)
Settings: Custom Lobby
Format: Match Point (explained below)
Maps: 2 World's Edge, 2 Storm Point, Repeat
Total Players: 60 Players

How to Join Custom Lobby:
1: Launch Apex Legends and press the game mode select box.
2: Select "Private Match" at the top of the screen.
3: Enter the code provided to you via text or Discord then press Join Match
4: Wait for the match to begin
5: After the match, do not leave the lobby unless instructed to do so

Game Scoring
Eliminations: 1 Point
1st: 12 Points
2nd: 9 Points
3rd: 7 Points
4th: 5 Points
5th: 4 Points
6th-7th: 3 Points
8th-10th: 2 Points
11th-15th: 1 Point
16th-20th: 0 Points


Match Point Scoring

In short, teams must reach a 55 point threshold THEN win a game in the following matches. Reaching the threshold and winning the match in the same game does not mean you win. The next match after reaching the threshold is eligible for a win

Standard BR Scoring

There is no match limit in the Finals

Once a Team reaches the minimum total points of 55 in the Finals, The next match becomes "Match Point Eligible" for that team.

The first team to win a match after they are "Match Point Eligible" is declared the winner.

After the winner is declared, 2nd-20th are ranked by total Finals points.

There is no limit to the number of teams who can be "Match Point Eligible

Map rotation will be 2 World's Edge, 2 Storm Point, repeat until the tournament is finished.
