What happens if a follower wants to opt out?
Followers are able to opt out by Logging into HLX and opting out on their profile.

Is there a setup or cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time by going to your profile and clicking Cancel subscription! We make it easy for you!

Will my followers be charged for SMS messages?
No, followers won’t be charged by us. Standard messaging rates may apply depending on their carrier plan.

How quickly are SMS notifications sent out when I go live?
Notifications are sent within 5 mins of broadcast starting.

How do I manage my list of opted-in followers?

What happens if my follower accidentally opts out? Can they re-subscribe?
Yes, they can simply click the opt-in link again to re-subscribe at any time.

Is there a limit to the number of followers I can notify?
No, there’s no limit. All of your opted-in followers will receive SMS notifications when you go live.

What happens if I cancel my subscription? Will my followers still receive SMS notifications?
No, once you cancel your subscription, SMS notifications will stop. Followers will no longer receive notifications after cancellation.

If I cancel my subscription, and resubscribe in the future does the same follower list become active again?
Yes! They are your community, and we keep that in mind!
